We advise all participants to take exams when their internet connection is fast and stable. This is why the exam availability period of such considerable length.
Each participant is entitled to two attempts for weekly, monthly, and final exams, which can be used if they encounter any technical issues.
Once the exam is opened, it remains available for the specified duration. If the connection is interrupted, the exam page can be reopened within the exam's allocated time. For example, if the monthly exam duration is 15 minutes and the internet cuts out at the fifth minute but returns at the tenth minute, you can complete the remaining five minutes even if you had to close and reopen the exam page.
If the internet is interrupted during the exam, the answers submitted before the interruption are saved and will be graded.
Unanswered questions will not be counted.
If a participant starts an exam and then experiences an internet interruption, they can wait for their connection to return and then take the exam again via their second attempt.
