The academy provides several forums within each participant's profile and on the page of each course they are enrolled in. Through these forums, participants can communicate with their peers, discuss study topics, and also interact with the academic team and course instructors.

The academy ensures complete privacy for the participant's profile and registered data, preventing access or viewing by any other participant.

Official communications from the academy are published on its official Facebook page, website, or through the academy's YouTube channel.

There is no need to send the same message to each department separately, as departments collaborate to direct messages to the appropriate personnel.

Note: There is no phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other chat platforms available for communication. Responses to queries are provided within a maximum of one week, and participants are advised not to resend messages as all inquiries are handled systematically.
